uncomfortable pillows cold room
The location was good with many restaurants close by. The tram route was also convenient.
The pillows were REALLY uncomfortable. It was like there was barely anything in them. Breakfast had good options, but I would have LIKED more vegan milk choices. The room windows were all open when I arrived. It was very cold inside.

i enjoyed the excellent location and friendly staff! the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had modern, clean amenities. i really liked getting free snacks and drinks in the room, it's a nice perk.
the breakfast room felt small. the coffee machine was right by the door, so getting coffee was awkward. i wished the layout was different!
