The location was very convenient. it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops. trams were just around the corner, providing easy access to other parts of the city. the free snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. The staff are lovely.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. It was like barely having one. the breakfast was good. I would've liked more variety. there were no vegan milk options available.

The room has a kitchenette, a nice bonus. This includes a microwave and fridge. a tassimo machine provided coffee, with various capsules offered free of charge. A great breakfast was also available.

The location was good with many restaurants close by. The tram route was also convenient.
The pillows were REALLY uncomfortable. It reminded me of there was barely anything in them. Breakfast had good options, but I would have LIKED more vegan milk choices. The room windows were all open when I arrived. It was very cold inside.

i enjoyed the excellent location and friendly staff! the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had modern, clean amenities. i really liked getting free snacks and drinks in the room, it's a nice perk.
the breakfast room felt small. the coffee machine was right by the door, so getting coffee was awkward. i wished the layout was different!
